  • How the Program Works


    Each week includes a complete 45-60 minute lesson:

    • Targeted conditioning drills
    • Aerial hammock skills, shapes, and flows
    • Cool-down stretches for recovery


    Two Ways to Practice: 

    1. Full Class – Follow this complete session first
    2. Section-Specific Videos – Replay specific techniques or drills as needed


    Progress at your own pace. Repeat weeks as many times as you need. This is YOUR foundation.


  • Safety Guidelines


    - Set your hammock at waist height to start
    - Always use safety mat and best practice with a spotter
    - Film yourself to review your form

    - Never put pressure on your head, neck, or joints

    - If you have injuries, consult your doctor first

  • What to Expect


    The hammock may feel uncomfortable on your thighs or back at first—this is normal. Actively engage your legs before entering positions to reduce pinching. As you build strength and technique, the discomfort fades.

    Some moves will feel impossible at first. That's part of the process. Repeat lessons as needed. Take 8-12 weeks (or longer!) to truly build your foundation. There's no rush.
